Privacy

Nightkeep Global ("we", "us") builds and looks after websites for businesses. This section explains what information we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

• Details you send us, such as your name, email, business name, country, website and what you need. This usually comes from the free audit form, which opens your own email app and sends us an email.
• Messages you type into the AI assistant on our website, and any details you choose to share there.
• Basic, anonymous website statistics, such as pages visited and the type of device used, through tools like Google Analytics.

How we use it

• To reply to you, prepare your free audit and send your quote.
• To deliver and support the services you sign up for.
• To understand how people use our website so we can improve it.

What we don't do

• We don't sell or rent your information.
• We don't add you to marketing lists without your OK.

Who else sees it

We use trusted tools to run our business, such as email, hosting, analytics and AI providers. Chat messages are processed by an AI provider (Anthropic) to write the assistant's replies, and, under its business terms, are not used to train its models. They only get what they need to provide their service. We may also share information if the law requires it.

Cookies

Our website may use cookies for analytics. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site still works without them.

Your rights

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the information we hold about you. We follow the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 and respect privacy rights in other countries where our clients are based. Email [email protected] with any request.

How long we keep it

We keep your information only as long as we need it to work with you, or as long as the law requires. After that, we delete it.

Disclosures

• No ranking guarantees. No one controls Google, ChatGPT or other search and AI tools. We do the work that helps you get found and report on it every month, but we can't guarantee rankings, traffic or leads.
• Results vary. Results depend on your industry, location, competition and many things outside our control.
• AI chat. Our AI lead capture tool uses artificial intelligence to answer common questions. It can make mistakes, and visitors are told they're talking to an AI. Leads and conversations go to the client, who stays responsible for replying to them.
• Third-party services. Websites we build rely on outside services such as hosting, domains, Google Business Profile and AI tools. Their own terms and outages are outside our control.
• Ownership. Clients own their website and domain.
• Reviews. We don't write, request or reply to reviews for clients.
• Prices. Every project gets a written, fixed quote. Nothing on this website is an offer or a binding price.
